Once Upon a Taggle…

Welcome to Taggles!  Our journey began in 2008, around the time my daughter was starting daycare.  After a minor sweater mix-up, I needed a better way to label her things.  It was difficult to relabel clothes that she inherited from her cousins.  I didn’t want to permanently mark her new clothes with adhesive labels or permanent markers because they would be passed on some day as well.  I searched for something that was stylish and unique, yet also kid friendly, comfortable, durable, simple to use and did not ruin her things. 

Voila, the Taggle!  A Taggle is a beautiful way to accessorize and label any item.

As the story goes, one Taggle met another, and gave birth to a generation of Taggles that are out there helping kids stay cute and keep track of their favorite things, and helping moms and teachers make sure those things come home.

Taggles is based in Philadelphia.  Our products are 100% handmade by moms.  Designs are handpainted so each one is unique and special.
